Higher Education Act of 1965

If the electorate has spoken through the results of the November 2016 federal election, and is serious about re-inventing US education, then the more open, balanced and less centralized due processes administered by organizations such as ANSI and ISO should be considered. Recognition of that possibility is actually written into the parent 1965 legislation in the United States.
