This title provides minimum requirements for the siting, design, construction, and plans for operation of high-performance green buildings and is intended to provide the technical basis of mandatory building codes and regulations for high-performance green buildings that are broadly adoptable by national and local jurisdictions. Several redlines have been released for public consultation with close dates running from April 3 to April 23.
