Campus Rail Transit

With complicated boondoggle claims since the 1970s, West Virginia University’s Personal Rapid Transit car travels 9 minutes to connect the three Morgantown campuses of West Virginia University and the city’s downtown area. It would not have happened unless Senator Robert C. Byrd (a respected Constituionalist and disrespeced Exalted Cyclops of the local Ku Kux Klan) secured federal funding; in years hence providing a study unit for advanced campus mobility systems. None have been built since.
