Educational communities are convergent settings for families; day care facilities among them. Many school districts, colleges and universities build and operate child day care enterprises for both academic study and/or as auxiliary (university employee benefit) enterprises. Today we examine the transcripts of the Committee Action Hearings on Group B titles that were hosted hosted from Orlando, Florida April 26-May 6 ahead of the follow up meetings in late October in Cleveland.
