Elior Collegiate Dining is WVU’s new food service partner (having taken over in July 2025 when the university ended its contract with Sodexo). It manages ‘global nutrition experiences’ across all WVU campuses. The collaboration operates under the name WVU Hospitality Group and, presumably, more effective than student run coffee spots; less the charming inefficiencies of student run cafe’s.
