This committee’s purpose is to provide academic researchers and practicing electrical designers in the education and healthcare facilities industry easier access to the expertise of 400,000 electrical power and telecommunication engineers across the globe. Today we revisit the feasibility of impedance grounding for large campus medium voltage distribution systems with experts from the University of California Berkeley and the University of Michigan.
