The apparel industry runs at the same scale as the energy industry and has best practice literature accumulated over centuries. Not every student is passionate about quantum algorithms or cleaning neural network data sets but wants to apply their talent to making the world a better place by making the world a more beautiful place. About 50 miles due east of the University of Michigan campus, on the Canadian side of the Detroit River, resides a world class program.
