Action on the first draft of the next edition of the Group A tranche of titles — the IBC, IFC and IPC among others — will be heard in Long Beach, October 23-31. We provide the link here; with special attention to the proposals we made to permit designer discretion in electrical design in the International Building Code whereas such an allowance is (so far) prohibited in the National Electrical Code.
