Today we break down the moment in the literature for designing and building education community physical infrastructure. We will devote some time to reflect upon the likelihood that upwards of 25 percent of square-footage in education communities has been rendered redundant by the circumstances of the pandemic and the gathering pace of electrotechnologies supporting remote teaching, learning, research, healthcare, sport and the arts.
