This committee sets the broad contours of standardization in governance relating to aspects of direction, control and accountability of organizations.  Its aim is to facilitate the exchange of goods and services through the elimination of technical barriers to trade.  We find technical barriers to trade a growing discussion in the education facility industry; especially in research universities that deal with highly specialized products in laboratories and distance education studios.
