WCRD is a non-commercial radio station begun in 1950 at Muncie Wilson Junior High School and now operated out of the David Letterman Communication and Media Building on the Ball State University campus. WCRD broadcasts a variety of music programs, as well as all 18 of Ball State’s collegiate sports, making it the only school in the Mid-American Conference to broadcast all men and women sports; including club sports.
