NFPA 101 provides the foundation for almost all building safety laws in the United States. It is primarily a building egress document from a fire safety point of view. We pay special attention to Chapters 14 and 15 which set the standard of care for “education facilities”. Public input on the 2027 Revision will be received until June 4, 2024
