Representative School, College & University Construction Contract General Conditions

The General Conditions of a construction contract are an amalgam of contract law, commercial law, planning law, employment law, sustainability regulation and tort. Construction law covers a wide range of legal issues including contract, negligence, bonds and bonding, guarantees and sureties, liens and other security interests, tendering, construction claims, and related consultancy contracts. The General Conditions can add at least 10 percent to the cost of any educational community building.
