Starting with the 2023 Edition, all of the technical definitions that were distributed across 9 chapters, nearly 900 articles and agreed upon by nearly 200-odd experts, will be relocated to a single (Article 100) and adjudicated by 12 experts. Public comment on the First Draft of the 2026 Edition will be received until August 28, 2024.
