MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

As the global conversation about suppression of voices for smaller government expands, the cultural programming ("content") in the so-called "national" public radio facilities should be allowed to remain whilst news and opinion content should be balanced by the voices advocating personal responsibility, limited government, fiscal conservatism and no infanticide.

US Constitution Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
