Acceptance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Equipment & Systems

The International Electrical Testing Association was founded in Portage Michigan in to create uniform standards for testing electrical power systems. Originally a coalition of independent testing companies, NETA developed rigorous procedures to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of equipment such as transformers, breakers, relays, and protective systems. Today at the usual hour we examine its catalog of standards; almost all of which appear in electrical construction contracts.
