A BILL: To provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be determined on the basis of biological sex as determined at birth by a physician.

The ASTM waste management bibliography provides best practice guidance to local governments — and the education communities within them — who are responsible for the wastes they generate. Titles in this domain are relatively stable.

ASTM Waste Management Standards

No meetings of the parent committee D34 Waste Management are known.  To the best of our knowledge no exposure drafts have been released for public consultation.

The pandemic has impeded the business of most standards development enterprises in the United States it is wise to run a periodic status check.  As with all ANSI accredited standards developers, user-interest participation is always welcomed.   Contact Brian Milewski (bmilewski@astm.org) for more complete information about how to do that.
