Song of Spring “Wracajmy do siebie”

Stanisław Moniuszko is respected as  one of the most important figures in the history of Polish music with a body of work that includes operas, ballets, songs, and choral works. Moniuszko's most famous operas are "Halka" and "The Haunted Manor," which are still performed regularly in Poland today. Hewas also a conductor and music teacher. He played an important role in the development of Polish musical culture during a time when Poland was under foreign occupation and the use of the Polish language was prohibited.
