Standards Indiana

August 14, 2020

“Thornberry’s Pasture, Brooklyn, Indiana” 1904 / John Ottis Adams

As we explain in our ABOUT, we are continuing the development of the cadre of “code writers and vote-getters” begun at the University of Michigan in 1993.  Brick by brick — state by state – we are assembling the architecture of a platform in which the final fiduciary in the largest non-residential building construction market in the United States can manage its costs.  Throughout 2020 we will drill deeper into state and local adaptations of nationally developed codes and standards that are incorporated by reference into public law.  We will manage our approach to every state sensitive to its history, culture, governance regime, asset-base and network of expertise.

Standards Michigan will remain the “free” home site but state-specific sites such as Standards Indiana will be accessible to user-interest code-writers and vote-getters.   Please send a request to join one of our mailing lists appropriate to your interest for #SmartCampus standards action in the State of Indiana.
