“Walking the Dog”

This original music was written by Gershwin for the film score of Shall We Dance, which is one of Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers’ musical comedy films. In the film, it is used for a brief scene where a number of dogs are walked on the deck of a luxury liner as well as when Rogers walks her dog, Walter.
