The Miller’s Table

The name comes from an established bakery and café in Skowhegan, Maine, operated in association with Maine Grains, a company founded by Amber Lambke. The business operates within a restored gristmill, where locally grown grains are milled into flour for bread and pastries. The Colby location, scheduled to open in early 2027, will be the company's third venture. It will feature sourdough bread, pastries, sandwiches and coffee made with an emphasis on Maine agricultural products.
