Safety and sustainability concepts in planetarium occupancies are fairly well covered in the ICC, IEEE, NFPA, ASHRAE, IES and ASTM titles that deal with places of assembly. In lieu of observing the August Perseid meteor showers in real time with the naked eye, many plantariums host meteor shower simulations every August.
